Our Housekeeping team is at your service from 09:00 till 17:00 daily to clean your room
To request room cleaning kindly communicate your preferable time with our team by:
Press the Housekeeping button on your room phone
Use the clean my room tag available at your door knob
Communicate with the front office team
- Rooms with Do Not Disturb tags will not be cleaned unless requested by guests
Room amenities
2 bottles of still mineral water will be replenished Daily
coffee and tea tray will be replenished on daily basis with our compliments
- Extra orders can be requested from room services
Bible, Qur’an and praying carpets are available upon request.

Sanitary bag, Vanity Kit, Shower Cap, Shampoo, Shower Gel, Conditioner, Soap, Slippers, Shoe Horn, Shoe Shine
Hangers, Iron, Iron Board and Hairdryer.
Available Upon Request:
Shaving Kit, Tooth Brush and paste, Sewing Kit, Body Lotion, Comb, Loofa, Private pads and Digital Scale.
Linen
Bed linen are changed each and other day
Towels will be changed upon your request by placing dirty towels on the floor and using the towels change card
- Blanket is available upon request
Baby Crib and Extra Bed
Baby crib available upon request and offered with our compliments
Extra Bed is charged at USD 30 + 11% VAT per bed per day and can be requested in Executive rooms and Business Suites

For this service, please put your clothes to laundry bags, fill in the laundry form and call Guest Service (0) for pick up.
Express laundry service:
Available from 08:00 till 15:00 and will be received back within 3 hours.
Normal laundry service:
Available 24 hours and will be received back next day at 18:00
